2. Scope
This notice covers personal data processed when you visit our website, fill in the contact and distributor application forms, and through the cookies and third-party content used on the website. Job applications made via the careers page are covered by the Job Applicant Privacy Notice (Turkish).

We do not request special categories of personal data through the website. Please do not enter health or other sensitive information in the free-text fields of the forms.
4. Transfers
Information submitted through the forms is stored on Archem’s servers in Türkiye and forwarded to the relevant departments via our corporate e-mail infrastructure.
Within the limits of the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our hosting and IT service providers, and to competent public authorities and legally authorised private persons upon request, in accordance with Article 8 of the KVKK.
Transfers abroad: Personal data submitted through the forms is not transferred abroad. The Google Analytics measurement service and Google Maps and YouTube content run on the servers of their provider Google abroad; if you accept performance and analytics cookies or choose to open this content, your online identifiers, IP address and browser information are transferred abroad. This transfer is based on your explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK and does not take place without your consent.
5. Retention
Form records are kept for the period required to conclude your request and for the statutory limitation periods applicable to potential disputes; server access logs are kept for the period required by law. Afterwards the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad, request rectification, request erasure or destruction under Article 7, request notification of these actions to third parties, object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
7. How to Apply
You can submit requests regarding your rights in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:
- in writing with a wet signature to Mahmutbey Mah. Halkalı Cad. No:124, Bağcılar, İstanbul, Türkiye,
- with a secure electronic signature to our KEP address archem.saglik@hs06.kep.tr,
- from the e-mail address you previously notified to us to kvkk@archem.com.tr.
You may use the Data Subject Application Form (Turkish). Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; a fee may be charged under the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board if the process requires an additional cost.
