📰 Istanbul Faculty of Medicine DETAM Hosted Training on “Quality Control Process in Ag-Ab Production”
📍 The Experimental Medicine Research Institute (DETAM), operating within the Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, hosted a comprehensive training program aimed at improving quality standards in antigen-antibody production processes. The training, titled “Quality Control Process in Ag-Ab Production,” aimed to increase scientific productivity and laboratory reliability.
🔬 The training covered quality control criteria encountered in antigen and antibody production stages, purity tests, specificity and sensitivity measurements, stability analyses, and validation approaches in detail. In addition, practical information was provided on how production processes should be integrated with quality control within the framework of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
👩🔬 The training, which was conducted with the contributions of experienced academics and researchers in the field, provided important gains for both specialists working in research laboratories and graduate/doctoral students.
🎓 DETAM officials stated that such training programs encourage the development of biotechnological products in Turkey in accordance with international standards.
📄 At the end of the training, certificates were presented to the participants, and opportunities for future collaboration were evaluated.
